PHARMACY SALES AGENT

We are a growing independent pharmacy looking for a driven, personable sales professional to expand our reach across the region. You will be the face of our pharmacy — building relationships with physicians, specialists, group home operators, assisted living facilities, and other care organizations to drive new patient referrals and institutional business.

What you will do

- Call on physician offices, specialists, and medical practices to drive new patient prescription referrals to our pharmacy
- Build and maintain relationships with group home operators, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and residential care organizations
- Present our pharmacy's services, delivery capabilities, blister packing, and medication management programs to decision makers
- Work with insurance coordinators and billing staff to make transitioning patients seamless
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities including workers' comp, hospice, and home health agencies
- Represent the pharmacy at healthcare events, health fairs, and community outreach programs
- Track and report sales activity, pipeline, and results on a weekly basis
- Collaborate with pharmacists and pharmacy staff to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts
What we are looking for
- 2+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical services
- Existing relationships with physician offices or long-term care facilities is a strong plus
Compensation: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
