Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed Part-Time Retail Pharmacist with experience using Micro Merchant systems to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, patient-focused, and comfortable working in an independent pharmacy setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately dispense prescription medications and provide counseling to patients
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state pharmacy regulations
  • Manage and process prescriptions using Micro Merchant pharmacy software
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong patient relationships
  • Collaborate with pharmacy staff to maintain efficient workflow
  • Perform medication therapy management (MTM) when appropriate
  • Oversee inventory management and ensure proper medication storage
Qualifications:

  • Active Pharmacist license in NJ
  • Previous retail pharmacy experience required
  • Proficiency with Micro Merchant pharmacy software strongly preferred
  • Experience in an independent pharmacy setting highly desirable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed
Compensation: $57.00 - $62.00 per hour
